Founded in 2012 by Katie Nelson, TBCSTUDIO is a full-service interior design studio specializing in residential, hospitality & commercial projects.
Katie and her team will turn your dream into a reality by creating a beautiful space custom-tailored for you. Our biggest key to success? Our belief is that it’s not only about the pretty stuff (that’s the easy part) - the most important part of a successful design is to listen to the client and create a thoughtful, effective space through careful space planning that is driven by the human experience. Every space will have that “wow” factor and most importantly, will feel inviting, comfortable and the best you.
TBCSTUDIO can assist in all aspects of a project from concept to completion including consulting with architects and builders in selection of finishes and decor. We will transform your project into a functional, beautiful space through space planning & selection of bespoke furniture, fabrics, and accessories. Katie Nelson, Principal
As principal of TBCSTUDIO, she draws upon her fifteen years in the interior design industry working on luxury projects for residential, commercial & hospitality clients. Her passion for interior design started at a young age, following her Mother and Aunt around the design centers, getting inspired by trendy and classical designs. Katie’s design career started in 2006 with a B.A. in Set Design and continuing her passion for design achieving a second degree for Interior Design in 2008. Previously she has worked as a Senior Interior Designer working with AD Top 100 architects and award winning design firms based in New York City & Los Angeles.
